Yaroslav Fisiuk works with a software development company where about 95% of its more than 300 developers are based in war-torn Ukraine. S-PRO was founded 10 years ago in the city of Zaporizhzhia, located in the southeastern part of the country, a mere 40 miles from what is now the front line of Ukraine’s ongoing war with Russia.
