There’s no question the global pandemic is transforming how consumers shop for food and cook at home. A big part of that transformation involves returning to the basics, like cooking over real fire, in an effort to escape daily stress and nourish a deep, primal instinct. One could easily argue that outdoor cooking and BBQ has always been hot, but in many ways, it’s just getting warmed up.
