President Trump is taking action to lower people’s grocery bills. But some cattle farmers, including those in Minnesota and Wisconsin, are furious. The CBS News price tracker shows the price of ground beef has gone from an average of $5.55 a pound in January to $6.89 a pound now. That’s up more than 10% since last year.
