Tariffs on farm equipment — including combines, harvesters and others — have been cut to 15% following a proclamation signed by President Donald J. Trump. Signed Monday, the proclamation adjusts the tariffs on ag equipment down from the previous 25% level, while also expanding the existing category of industrial equipment subject to a 15% tariff to include mobile industrial equipment, like bulldozers and forklifts, “when imported from trade deal countries that are entitled to such treatment.” […]
