CES: New Quibi streaming service to give bite-size shows from J.Lo, Spielberg and The Rock

That may be your initial reaction when you get wind of the streaming newbie known as Quibi, set to compete for your eyeballs when it launches April 6, with monthly plans costing $4.99 with ads or $7.99 without them. You may already suffer from a chronic case of subscription overload. Before you dig in against yet another one, Quibi, which I got a sneak peek at during CES in Las Vegas this week, really does promise something different.
